1. 服务内容 / Services

中文：本应用提供基于端到端加密（E2EE）的即时通讯服务，保障您的消息在传输和存储过程中仅由通信双方可解密。本应用可能不定期更新或升级功能。

English: The App provides instant messaging services with end-to-end encryption (E2EE), ensuring that messages can only be decrypted by the communicating parties. Features may be updated periodically.

2. 用户责任 / User Responsibilities

中文：您应保证注册信息真实、合法；不得冒用他人身份；不得利用本应用从事违法、骚扰、欺诈或侵犯他人权益的行为；应妥善保管登录凭证（密码、密钥、设备验证码）。

English: You must provide truthful and lawful registration information; you must not impersonate others; you must not use the App for illegal, harassing, fraudulent, or rights‑infringing activities; and you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (passwords, keys, device codes).

3. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

中文：本应用的代码、界面、商标及相关内容受法律保护，未经书面许可不得复制、修改或用于商业目的。

English: The App’s code, UI, trademarks, and related content are legally protected and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent.

4. 免责声明 / Disclaimer

中文：我们将尽力保障服务安全与稳定，但因不可抗力、网络或第三方服务故障导致的中断或数据丢失，本应用不承担由此产生的责任。在法律允许范围内，本应用对间接损失不承担责任。

English: We strive to ensure security and stability; however, the App is not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network issues, or third‑party failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is not liable for indirect damages.

5. 协议变更 / Amendments

中文：我们可根据法律法规或业务需要修改本协议，并通过应用内公告或网页更新通知您。变更后如您继续使用，即视为接受。

English: We may amend this Agreement due to legal or business needs and will notify you via in‑app notice or website updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

中文：本政策适用于在中华人民共和国境内上架并运营的本应用。我们遵守《个人信息保护法（PIPL）》等相关法律法规。

English: This Policy applies to the App distributed and operated within the People’s Republic of China and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).

2. 我们收集的信息 / Data We Collect

2.1 注册与认证 / Registration & Verification

中文：手机号码（敏感个人信息）与短信验证码，用于创建账户、登录与安全校验。

English: Mobile phone number (sensitive personal information) and SMS codes for account creation, login, and security verification.

2.2 设备与日志 / Device & Logs

中文：设备型号、系统版本、设备标识符（用于推送的 token）、网络类型、崩溃与错误日志，仅用于提供与改进服务、故障诊断及安全防护。

English: Device model, OS version, device identifiers (push tokens), network type, crash and error logs for service delivery, improvement, troubleshooting, and security.

2.3 消息内容 / Message Content

中文：聊天内容通过端到端加密传输与存储，仅保存在用户设备上；服务器不保存可读消息内容。

English: Message content is protected by E2EE and stored only on user devices; servers do not retain readable message content.

3. 我们如何使用信息 / How We Use Data

中文：用于注册登录、账号安全、提供核心通讯与推送通知、统计与服务改进、依法配合监管要求（在符合法律程序前提下）。
English: To enable registration and security, core communications and push notifications, analytics and service improvement, and to comply with lawful regulatory requests (subject to due process).

4. 数据存储与安全 / Storage & Security

中文：个人信息存储于中国境内服务器；采用加密存储、最小化访问控制、审计与告警机制。
English: Personal data is stored on servers located in China with encrypted storage, least‑privilege access, auditing, and alerting.
中文：除法律另有要求外，我们不保留超出必要期限的数据。您注销账户后，我们将在法定期限内删除或匿名化处理相关数据。
English: Data is not retained longer than necessary unless required by law. Upon account deletion, data will be erased or anonymized within statutory timeframes.

5. 用户权利 / Your Rights

中文：有权查询、更正、删除个人信息，撤回授权，同意或拒绝个性化推送；可申请账号注销。
English: You may access, rectify, delete your data, withdraw consent, opt out of personalized notifications, and request account deletion.

6. 推送通知 / Push Notifications

中文：为提供消息提醒，我们处理设备推送标识符（token）。该数据仅用于实现推送功能。您可在系统设置中关闭推送。

English: To deliver alerts, we process device push identifiers (tokens) used solely for enabling notifications. You may disable notifications in system settings.

7. 第三方共享 / Sharing

中文：我们不出售个人信息。仅在以下情况下共享：遵循法律要求；为实现推送等必要服务与受托处理方共享，并签署数据处理协议，要求其仅为受托事项处理并采取等同安全措施。

English: We do not sell personal data. We share only when required by law or with entrusted processors (e.g., push providers) under data processing agreements with equivalent safeguards.

8. 未成年人保护 / Minors

中文：如您为未成年人，请在监护人同意与指导下使用。本应用不以未成年人为目标受众，若发现未经同意收集，我们将及时删除。

English: If you are a minor, use the App with guardian consent and guidance. We do not target minors; if we inadvertently collect data, we will delete it promptly.

9. 政策更新 / Changes

中文：本政策可能更新。重要变更将以醒目方式通知，且在征得您的明示同意后生效（如涉及敏感个人信息处理方式变更）。

English: We may update this Policy. Material changes will be prominently notified and, where required (e.g., changes to processing of sensitive data), will take effect upon your explicit consent.
